Posing challenges similar to those existing in the qualified environment stimulate the student learning while provides the necessary skills for their industrial career. This paper describes our teaching experience in a Final Project within the Diploma in Microsystems and Smart Instrumentation, where the students must solve autonomously a problem that requires knowledge from different fields to reinforce the multidisciplinary approach, consolidating professional skills.
