Urban road networks consisting of complementary interconnected networks are naturally hierarchized. The management systems used to control them vary, according to the network itself, the managing organization in charge of its strategy, and the type of users. The management systems must therefore be adapted to each road and each function. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate, as a case study, the example of the collaboration established between the City of Paris and the State in order to, while respecting their distinct strategies, present a unified interface to the user, in particular in the provision of road information readable and understandable by everybody using the fast routes, this concentrates 40% of the traffic on 7% of the total road length.
