알루미늄 Caliper 제품특성에 미치는 용탕단조의 가압력 영향

To improve the quality and mechanical property of castings, squeeze casting method has been used widely in production of auto parts. The castability of caliper with squeeze casting was analyzed using the orthogonal array of Taguchi's method and is strongly influenced by metal pressure level of squeeze casting process. Specimens were evaluated as function of various microscopic and mechanical properties and all mechanical properties increase with increasing metal pressure.
