제조 공장의 생산물류 평가 프레임워크에 관한 연구

Manufacturing industries are endeavoring to gain production competitiveness by developing various production strategies or by applying production forms based on advanced technologies. Among them, the assessment of optimized production logistics planning and application of it to reduce the cost incurred during flow of materials is significantly considered by industries. Based on importance of these assessments, this research proposes a framework and a model for assessment of production logistics by drawing quantitative results to classify by important elements of production logistics into ‘Flow’, ‘Area’ and ‘Material Handling Equipment’ from 4 different points of view to assess each of elements objectively and by bringing quantitative way of assessing after defining assessment index system for each element to derive assessment element of production logistics. . This research ultimately aims at supporting industries to make reasonable decisions by presenting objective framework and model for assessment of production logistics for planning and optimization of it to enable understanding and comparison of current level of production logistics and foundation of strategic approach to the point of improvement or future planning of production logistics.
