The driver system of CCD is the key part of a digital camera,which is related to camera's technical parameters.In this paper the inner structure and time sequence driving of a high sensitive full frame CCD FTF4052M is introduced.CPLD chips are adopted to design the driving circuit to use in the digital air survey camera.For its good function,low power consume and small volume,the driver system can meet the need of the camera system.
