Efficient Characteristics Database Construction Scheme

The recent research priorities and directions were reviewed and evaluated based on the survey and statistical analysis of the literatures published from 1996 to 2009 in the characteristic database field, which aimed at exploring the principle of building a database of the University Library Database, and proposing the copyright issues which should be noted in the characteristic database construction.
