Data communication method and system as well as data transmitting/receiving devices

The invention provides a data communication method for user equipment at CELL-FACH state. The method comprises the following processing steps: a radio network controller transmits data of user equipment to a node B; when the user equipment has a specific event, the radio network controller transmits a notification message to the node B; and as a response to the notification message, the node B performs corresponding processing. The invention also provides a data communication system for user equipment at CELL-FACH state and data transmitting/receiving devices. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects of saving radio channel resources, reducing transmission delay and further reducing packet loss rate in transmission.
