Perspective strategic alliances and resource allocation in supply chain systems through the De Novo programming approach

Effective allocation of enterprise resources through strategic alliances is a critical sustainability issue in supply chain systems. This study uses the De Novo programming approach as a strategic alliance alternative to achieve optimal resource allocation in supply chain systems. An empirical study demonstrates trade-offs in resource allocation, compromise solution and De Novo programming with multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). This work develops an efficient resource planning model for best optimal resource allocation results in an enterprise resource portfolio. The resources optimise trade-offs with the De Novo programming approach.
