Only when the on-site mixed-loading explosive cars are located at the specified coordinate position, the production device of the on-site mixed-loading explosive cars can be in a start-up state so as to achieve the purpose that the satellite positioning technology is used for limiting production sites of the on-site mixed-loading explosive cars.
