APPLICATION OF FINE MANAGED PRESSURE DRILLING(MPD) TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED BY CCDC IN WELL NP23-P2009

Nanpu Oilfield has rich hydrocarbon resources in deep burial hill reservoir,but the target stratum has multitudinous fracture and narrow safety density window,drilling fluid was heavy leaked out not to drill to design geologic objective,and safety problems of well control were also very serious,these restricted severely the exploratory development of hydrocarbon resources.In order solve these problems,the managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology developed by CCDC Drilling Production Engineering Technology Research Institute was applied firstly in well NP23-P2009,268m horizontal section was drilled by using 6.85d,the goal on zero leakage and zero overflow of drilling fluid was realized and the horizontal section length was prolonged.The fine managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology was a new drilling method suited for developing Nanpu oilfield burial hill structure.
