The invention provides a low-cost semi-physical self-adaption clock virtual microgrid test platform comprising a VMMS, a PMGCCCRC based on a PC and a communication network connected with the VMMS and the PMGCCCRC. A software system of the test platform comprises a VMMS program and PMGCCCRC software. A microgrid simulation model operates on the VMMS, and all parameters needing collecting and controlling in an actual microgrid come from the microgrid simulation model. The low-cost semi-physical self-adaption clock virtual microgrid test platform has the advantages that correctness and accuracy of simulation are ensured, obtained simulation results are more realistic and believable, the development period of a microgrid is effectively shortened, and the semi-physical simulation cost of the microgrid is greatly lowered.
