Iris recognition - the need to recognise the iris as a dynamic biological system: Response to Daugman and Downing

Highlights? A high quality database can detect more iris changes than previous databases. ? The iris changes with time are detectable at the binary code level. ? Texture grading can have an effect on recognition rate.
