The method comprises: a second low-frequency signal with an attribute coding unit is received; a second attribute coding unit in the second low-frequency signal is obtained; the second attribute coding unit is compared with a pre-stored first attribute coding unit and a comparison result is recorded, wherein the first attribute coding unit is a coding unit carried by a first low-frequency signal sent by at least one regional controller and the first low-frequency signal sent by the regional controller forms a first space electromagnetic field; and according to the comparison result, early warning information is sent out when an object is determined to become abnormal relative to the first space electromagnetic field. According to the technical scheme, limitation of closed type monitoring is broken and effective monitoring of an open area is realized.
