Design and Operation of Upgrading Reconstruction Project of Comprehensive Wastewater Treatment Plant in Printing and Dyeing Industry Cluster Zone

The general situation of upgrading reconstruction project of comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in a printing and dyeing industry cluster zone of Huzhou City is introduced.The commissioning and operation effect is comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding measures against some problems occurred during the commissioning are given.The upgrading reconstruction project adopts the combined process of hydrolysis acidification,A/O and coagulation sedimentation.The operation data show that the combined process is stable and reliable,and the effluent quality can achieve the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
