The Agricultural Systems Technology (AST) faculty at Utah State University is reviewing its curriculum as part of an University Assessment project. Assessment provides an on-going process to ensure that graduates have an appropriate relevant educational experience. The data sources used in this project include general University census data, course data from students and faculty, and programmatic guidelines set by ASAE. The background and processes used to identify curriculum deficiencies are presented.
