Axilläre Masse: Normvariante oder Tumor?

Ein gesundes, korperlich sehr aktives, achtjahriges Madchen wird vom Kinderarzt zugewiesen zur sonografischen Abklarung einer asymptomatischen Schwellung beider Axillae. Zwei Wochen zuvor im Turnunterricht war dem Madchen beim Hockstrecken der Arme erstmals eine Masse in beiden Achseln aufgefallen.
