Design and test of single cell for zinc-air fuel cell module of electric vehicle

The purpose of this study is develop the regenerative of cell module of zinc air fuel cell to apply in electric vehicle. The anode material consumptions of cell module can be sustainable used by using renewable energy equipment. First, the cell marking is the key point in development process, and that is mainly to establish the excellent manufacture parameters of anode, cathode and electrolyte by experimental analyses in cell performance. There are series of works are provided including single cell design, cells assembly design, performance analysis, and environment test, in order to complete the cell module for electric vehicle. The environment test is carried out to discuss the influence of air flow rate, electrolyte concentration, and operation temperature on cell performance. The open current voltage test, long term constant voltage discharge test, continuity supply anode fuel discharge test, and continuity fill electrolyte discharge test of the single cell performance of zinc-air fuel cell were measured in this study.
