Analysis of biting condition in radial-axial ring rolling

The principle of radial-axial ring rolling technology was introduced in the paper.On the basis of radial ring rolling theory,the biting model of axial pass in radial-axial ring rolling was constructed,then the biting condition in axial pass was mainly researched and the influencing factors were also analyzed.The biting condition in radial and axial passes affected each other,The reciprocal influences of biting conditions in radial and axial passes were analyzed.The research made the theoretical foundation for radial-axial ring rolling manufacturing.
