Red Cell Fatty Acids in Polycythaemia Vera

Summary Total lipids of red cells as well as plasma from polycythaemia Vera patients and normal subjects were fractionated and the fatty acid composition was analysed by gas‐liquid chromatography. The following statistically significant differences were found in the percent fatty acid levels.
