Phenomenology Ethnomethodology analysis of "website usability"

A web sites are the virtual front of an organization .The aim to form a website is to reach to the access more number of people. The key indicator to evaluate the reachability of web site, is the number of persons visiting that particular website. There are two types of user’s ethno and pheno users. Both user shave different expectations. In this paper we have calculated the difference expectation of these users by conducting a survey and applying pc analyses on the results of the survey.
