Lookup table based LDPC (low-density parity-check) serial encoder and encoding method in near-earth communication

The invention relates to a scheme for serially encoding QC-LDPC (quasi-cyclic-low-density parity-check) codes in a CCSDS (consultative committee for space data system) near-earth communication system. The scheme is characterized in that a QC-LDPC code serial encoder of the system mainly comprises a register, a lookup table and a b-bit two-input exclusive-OR gate. The QC-LDPC serial encoder can effectively reduce the resource demands under the condition of keeping the encoding speed unchanged, and has the advantages of simplicity in control, low resource consumption, low power consumption, low cost and the like.
