Aspirine et grossesse

L’aspirine, inhibiteur de la cyclo-oxygenase, est desormais prescrite dans un certain nombre de pathologies ou il existe une anomalie de la production des prostaglandines, comme la maladie hypertensive gravidique. Il ressort des differentes etudes que la prescription de faibles doses d’aspirine peut prevenir la recidive ou l’apparition d’une pre-eclampsie ou d’un retard de croissance intra-uterin, en cas d’antecedents similaires, d’une anomalie du doppler uterin ou d’un syndrome des antiphospholipides. Le traitement doit etre debute le plus tot possible, etre adapte en fonction du temps de saignement et poursuivi si possible jusqu’a 36 semaines d’amenorrhee.
