Use of the External Magnetic Field for Induction Machine Leakage Inductance Distinction

This paper is about the exploration and the analysis of the AC rotating machine external magnetic field. An experimental procedure is presented: it makes it possible to distinguish the stator and rotor leakage inductances which occur in the induction machine single phase equivalent circuit.
