More design parameters should be considered when design the high contact ratio gear.Selection of these parameters is limited by many restrained conditions,and the relationship among them is complicated.The ways to acquire the high contact ratio are found out,through reducing the pressure angle,increasing the tooth depth as well as increasing the number of teeth and selecting proper modification coefficients high contact ratio of a gear pair can be obtained.Here the optimization method is applied to build multi-objective optimization models for minimum volume and maximal overlap ratio and design high contact ratio planet gear-driven system,which carrying capacity is extremely good with stable driving for it tight structure.
