The invention discloses an intelligent energy-saving LED (light emitting diode) lamp control system, comprising a transformer power supply module, an infrared detecting module of a human body, a photosensitive sensor, two paths of signal isolating circuits, an A/D (analog-to-digital) conversion module, a singlechip control module and an LED brightness adjusting module, wherein the infrared detecting module of a human body adopts a pyroelectric sensor to convert the detected infrared signals into electronic signals; the photosensitive sensor is used for converting the detected environment brightness signals into the electronic signals; the LED brightness adjusting module adopts PWM (pulse width modulation) modulation to adjust the output power of the LED by adjusting the duty ratio of a forward current flowing through the LED; the signal isolating circuits are used for isolating interference of other signals in detecting weak signals; the infrared detecting module of a human body and the photosensitive sensor are respectively connected with the two paths of signal isolating circuits; the isolating circuits are respectively connected with the A/D conversion module; the A/D conversion circuit is connected with the I port of a singlechip; and the O port of the singlechip is connected with the LED brightness adjusting module.
