A speed adjusting system with frequency conversion for the HPVC production based on fuzzy control

A conventional HPVC machine often adopts the double loop DC adjusting speed control with a relaycontact unit.But it doesn't have good effect.Hence,a speed adjusting control system with frequency conversion is designed,which makes use of a reliable microcomputer and fuzzy control techniques.The control system can make the velocity stabler,more accurate and reliable.It has yielded high productivity and improved the product quality since it was put into work.The results show that this new system can bring about economic effectiveness.
