Digital legislation: Quo vadis?

A possible approach is the reformation of the legislative process to include organizational and technological aspects of digitalization. Currently only few states have considered reforming their legislative processes to take into account the special requirements of digitalization. In this paper we aim to analyze the challenges and recommendations concerning digital laws and digitized legislative processes offered in literature and assess in how far these were implemented in practice.
