핀치-엑서지 기법을 이용한 액화공정 내 단위 열수지 최적화 연구

Pinch and exergy analysis are useful methods for optimization of energy system such as LNG, GTL, Chemical plant with various energy networks. Generally, pinch and exergy analysis are focused on efficiency and economical optimization of chemical plant with network composed of various heat exchanger. In order to estimate available energy, pinch and exergy methods applied to the simplified heat exchange unit in the natural gas liquefaction process. Energy recovery by optimization of heat transfer between fuel gas and mixed refrigerant in the unit is estimate as 446.5 kW. And this pinch and exergy approach is proved as useful for estimation of available energy level.
