Artificial intelligence: Human focus on technology

I doubt if we should prepare any general overview of the state of the art of AI because this is done every day now, in tutorial papers of conferences, in textbooks, and even in ambitious news media. I would rather suggest focusing on problems of general interest involving broader impacts beyond our special field and put an emphasis on dilemmas, uncertainties, possible bifurcations, alternatives
