The theoretical model of heat and moisture transfer in microclimate and the emulation software established by the author are used to imitate and analyse the heat conduction, convection, radiation and mass diffusion in a body-miroclimate-clothing system. The research result shows that the state parameters of the micro-climate reach steady quickly,the thickness of the micro-climate influences the temperature of the body surface which determines the comfortable feelings of the human body directly and the radiation heat transfer between human skin and the inner surface of the clothing occupies heavy proportion in the heat amount emitted by the human body, so the radiation phenomenon can not be neglected in research process.
