Seaport: A Portable and Efficient Process-oriented Simulator

Seaport is a process-oriented simulator. Using Seaport, models can be written using a mixture of event-oriented and process-oriented simulation processes. Seaport has been written with the (seemingly conflicting) goals of simplicity, portability and efficiency. It currently runs on Intel processors running Solaris or Linux, and on SGI processors running Irix. Portability is aided by the use of standard C and the pthreads multi-threading library.
