Five freedom degree precision positioning platform

The invention is a five-freedom precision locating platform, driven by a piezoelectric driver and its characteristic: it is composed of a basal body as well as a first seat and a second seat at the bottom of the basal body, where the basal body contains three mobile platforms, the first one realizes x-direction translational motion, the second one realizes Y-direction translational motion and the third one realizes Z-direction rotation. The two seats singly extend and drive the basal body to realize z-direction translation and one-dimensional rotation by the same and different extensions. The third mobile platform is connected with the first and second seats through the first and second rotary auxiliary flexible hinges, respectively. It can realize nanograde locating precision and has the characters of being easy to manufacture, compact structure, small bulk, high displacement resolution, fast frequency response and simple control.
