공동주택 지하 공간의 표면 결로 발생 현황에 관한 연구

The surface condensation of underground space in apartment has been recognized as a natural phenomena which is disappeared within 2 years. But the recent slowdown of housing market has decreased occupant occupation who move into apartment and a long hallway of elevator hall caused severe surface condensation on the wall and floor of underground space. In particular, the elevator hall entrance, which is connected to the apartment, has the structural problem of natural air circulation. Thus, the complaint of condensation of elevator hall and underground parking lot is steadily increasing every year. In this study, our research team has analyzed the temperature and humidity data in past 10 years which are collected on the occurrence and non-occurrence zone of condensation in the field. In addition, we analyzed and summarized survey data through continuous management of condensation occurrence field to identify the phenomenon of condensation. The purpose of this study is to understand the accurate occurrence condition of condensation of housing construction of underground space. And then, we contribute to offer the prevention of condensation in the future.
