Analysis of Aggregate Blending of Stone Asphalt Concrete

The paper analyzes the aggregate blending of stone asphalt concrete(SAC) using the Bailey method,and SAC gradation is compared with the gradation of SMA,CMHB of TEXAS and SUPERPAVE;at last some questions are discussed when stone asphalt concrete is used.The results show that the former gradation of SAC is easy to create segregation and the fine gradation in SAC is poor,which is one of the major reasons to create early damage of SAC.Based on the Bailey method and the gradation of SUPERPAVE,the paper modifies the gradation of SAC,and suggests the technical indictor.
