All-optical vs. electrical aggregations CAPEX comparisons in a fully-flexible multi-layer transport network

By comparing several multi-layer transport network architectures, we evaluate the CAPEX benefits of new all-optical grooming techniques available in up-coming flexible optical networks and compare them to the more conventional electrical OTN-based aggregation solution.
