Method for monitoring radio link, related apparatus and system

Disclosed is a method for monitoring a radio link, comprising: a base station contends for a use right of an unlicensed band; after obtaining the use right of the unlicensed band, the base station sends statistical information of the use right of the unlicensed band to a user equipment, wherein the statistical information represents data obtained by collecting statistics for the use right of the unlicensed band using a preset statistical method, such that the user equipment determines whether a radio link failure occurs. Also disclosed are a related base station, user equipment, and communication system. By implementing embodiments of the present invention, the quality of service of an unlicensed band can be improved.
