Rational selection of foundation types

In light of the problem of correctly selecting foundation types under complex conditions,the author contrasts the determination of multi-layer brick-concrete structure's foundation type under the circumstance of soft foundation taking the five-layer brick-concrete dormitory in Yangzhou Jianghai Collage as an example,and illustrates the relationships among the selection of foundation type,cost,time limit and structural integrity,in order to offer a reference.
