휴대기기 플래시를 위한 PWM방식의 전류모드 DC-DC boost converter 설계

In this paper, a current operation DC-DC boost converter for a mobile camera flash was designed. The proposed circuit consists of a power stage and a control block. The power stage has a inductor, a power NMOS and a power PMOS. The control block has current sensing, error amp, oscillator, RS-latch(modulator) and output buffer blcocks. The error amplifier signal go to the modulator, a inductor current signal and a oscillator signal go to the modulator through the OTA. These signals pass through the output buffer will send a signal to the power MOS. The propose circuit output is 4.26V to 3.7 V intput.
