Абхазия и Южная Осетия: функционирование непризнанных государств. Взгляд на проблему с позиций Запада, попытка редефиниции термина «Государство»

The article analyzes the problem of the functioning of unrecognized states (partially recognized in the international arena) the example of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Partially represented the historical back-ground of the conflicts, as well as the problem of divergence points of view of the international community to recognize the new state formations. Study the phenomenon of international legal recognition of the state (especially the problem of unrecognized states) have been affected in the works of authors such as R.D Sloane, U.T Worcester, R. Rich, M. Fabri, A. Potyrala, P. Osevich et al. In turn, the problem of unrecognized but functioning post-Soviet states, was raised in the works of Polish scientists Chahora R., V. Gorecki, A. Furera. The analysis is performed using the con-cepts of constructivism for redefinition of the term state.
