User-Oriented Quality Assessment of IT-Supported Healthcare Processes - A Position Paper

The user view of the quality of IT-supported health care processes is very important for a successful performance of these processes. Current ap- proaches to process quality do not capture this point of view explicitly. This po- sition paper provides a first collection of indicators for this view.
