Innovation Effects on Customer Trust: The Case of Pasargad Bank

Customer satisfaction and trust as the main issues are considered as the most important parameter which effect life cycle of an organization, for the reason that all organizations, manufacturing concerns and service companies attempt to achieve customer satisfaction, so it is clear that the evaluation of effectiveness of innovation relies on customer trust. So in this article we try to study the effective factors which effect on customer trust and innovation effects on it and propose a model to identify innovation effectiveness on customer trust. In this research we compile information in this case via related experts with questionnaires and by analyzing the questionnaires data, study the employee’s innovation and creative environment in organization shall affect the satisfaction of special customers.
