YENİ ÜRÜN GELİŞTİRME SÜRECİNDE AŞAMA-EŞİĞİ YÖNTEMİYLE SÜREÇ PERFORMANS DEĞERLEMESİ

Yeni urun gelistirme, yeni urun fikrinin olusmasindan urunun pazara sunulmasina kadar devam eden dinamik ve uzun bir surectir. Arastirmacilar, yeni urun gelistirme surecinin basarisini bu surec icinde yer alan bazi ozel asamalarla iliskilendirilmislerdir. Bundan dolayi, yoneticiler bu surecin her safhasinda yeni urunun varligini ve surdurebilirligini degerlendirmelidirler. Bu surecin bazi ozel asamalarini dikkate alan asama esigi yontemi de yoneticilere yeni urun gelistirme surecine devam edip etmeme konusunda yardimci olan bir metottur. Bu arastirmada, Turkiye’deki bazi firmalarin, yeni urun gelistirmede uygulanan asama esigi yonteminde kullandiklari degerlendirme kriterleri belirlenmeye calisilacaktir.
