The Rebirth Of Nature

THE CHAIRMAN: Some of you will know Rupert Sheldrake as a thinker bringing fresh air into biology and will have come to applaud. Others of you will know him as a heretic. I use that not in the pejorative sense: Galileo was a heretic at one time, so was Luther. Perhaps one in about 200 heretics prove their points. I do not know if we are going to be converted tonight about the possibility of a rebirth of nature.
