Construction technology of embedded reinforcing structure for large-orifice pipe of container

The invention relates to a construction technology of an embedded reinforcing structure for a large-orifice pipe of a container. Application of the construction technology is limited due to the fact that conventional manufacturing and heating processing, welding quality control, heat treatment equipment and warping preventing process of the embedded reinforcing structure used in refining reactors or reproducers are complicated. The construction technology includes the steps of determining blanking length of an embedded reinforcing plates and a parent plate; arranging and disposing the embedded reinforcing plate and the parent plate; arranging and disposing the embedded reinforcing plate and the parent plate; welding divided parts of the embedded reinforcing plate, welding a pipe into an orifice of the embedded reinforcing plate for the pipe, and finally performing bulk heat treatment for a reinforcing plate assembly by means of furnace heat treatment. An arc plate is fixedly welded horizontally on the inner side of the embedded reinforcing plate to prevent radian changes thereof, steel tubes longitudinally penetrate through the divided plates along an axial line to prevent the embedded reinforcing plate from deforming axially. By improving quality of thick plate welding and controlling of deformation of the thick plate, assembling and heat treatment tooling is optimized, the deformation after the embedded reinforcing plate assembly welding and heat treatment is controlled within an allowable range of design, and manufacturing quality of the embedded reinforcing structure is guaranteed.
