The invention relates to an intelligent transformer substation voltage switching and paralleling method and device. The voltage switching method of the double-bus power supply of the invention collects the voltage output quantity of two sets of electronic voltage transformers on the double bus, collects the input state signals of two isolation switches and controls and outputs the voltage of the corresponding bus according to the two sets of voltage output quantity and the corresponding isolation switch input state signals. When the input of a 1 primary isolation switch and the withdrawal of a 11 primary isolation switch withdraws, 1 primary voltage is output. When the input or the non-input state of the 1 primary isolation switch and the 11 primary isolation switch is collected, 11 primary voltage is output. The electronic voltage transformer output data of the invention has nothing to do with communication protocol. The invention does not have to decode the frame of the input signals, can output the digital quantity signals of a corresponding primary electric transformer directly, realizes the transparent transmission of the signals and has the advantages of simple realization and high reliability.
