Method, device and system for sending participating service provider identity

Disclosed in the present application are a method, device and system for sending a participating service provider identity. The method comprises: parsing a pre-received broadcast sent by a neutral host (NH) network access device, and determining whether a first short participating service provider (PSP) identity corresponding to a to-be-accessed long participating service provider (PSP) identity exists in a first short participating service provider (PSP) identity list in the broadcast; if the determining result is yes, sending a first communication protocol message to the NH network access device; and obtaining a second communication protocol message sent by the NH network access device, the second communication protocol message being used for indicating whether a neutral host (NH) network supports the long participating service provider (PSP) identity. The present application resolves the technical problems in the prior art of the increase of signaling overheads and the reduction of network performance caused by the increased length of an RRC message due to the length of a long PSP-ID, when a user side queries for the long PSP-ID corresponding to a short PSP-ID on a network side, the user side needs to send the long PSP-ID to the network side by means of the RRC message.
