Analysis and Discussion of Springs Applied to Magnetostrictive Transducer System

The characters and actions of springs applied to magnetostrictive transducer system are analyzed and discussed systematically. It is sponsored that magnetostrictive force in order jump section \%F\-m\% and displacement \%x\% are characterized by linear relationship. It is proved by experiment that the system output can be visibly improved by reducing spring stiffness and therefore, according to precompression and relative conditions, the plate spring data should be designed to make the curve \%f-x\% as possible as flat and straight.
