From Data Collecting to Web servers for Automatic Design of Peptide Antibiotics

New peptide antibiotics may be able to fill the discovery void of novel antibacterial agents during last decades. University of Split initiated search for new classes of antimicrobial peptides with low toxicity to human cells and good antibacterial activity, which resulted during past several years in finding dozen peptide antibiotics with high therapeutic index. To facilitate additional discoveries we provided free for use and friendly on-line web servers for design of peptide antibiotics.
