System and method for medical information, apparatus for providing medical information

PURPOSE: A medical information relay system, providing apparatus, and relay method are provided to enable a patient to manage medical treatment records by using authentication information for the patient. CONSTITUTION: A relay server(100) stores patient medical information received from a second medical institution and a request information list corresponding to a patient medical information request received from a first medical institution. Client terminals(210, 310) confirm the request information list stored in the relay server. The client terminals confirm request information which provides medical information. The client terminals transmit the medical information of a patient corresponding to the confirmed request information to the relay server.
