Insight is an important prognostic indicator in early psychosis, as its presence can enhance treatment compliance, thus reducing the risk of clinical deterioration. The Calgary Early Psychosis Programme (EPP) is a comprehensive treatment programme for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
